Monday - Friday

$100/hr (2hr minimum)

Weekends & Public Holidays

$130/hr (2hr minimum)

Additional pricing occurs for groups larger than 15 people at a time.

Location Hire Access

The above pricing includes access to Kitchen, Living area, Studio, Backyard, Front Verandah & Gardens. See these spaces here.

A toilet is also accessible to use throughout your booking time. 

​

Access to Laundry must be requested specifically prior to booking. Access to these areas will not be given on the day unless organised prior. Access to the master bedroom and ensuite is no longer available. A bed can be set up in the studio upon request. 

​

All other areas of the house are strictly not to be entered without permission. As we do live in the home, we ask you to please respect our privacy. We reserve the right to be in the home while your booking is on. We wont interfere with your work, but are there to assist if needed.

Booking

A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 1 week before your booking. 

​

The booking time must include all set up (including bringing items inside), pack up and cleaning. We reserve the right to deny entry prior to the start time and ask you to leave promptly after your booking time has finished if you haven't done so already. We may have multiple booking in one day and have to respect every one's time.

T&C's / Housekeeping

Please refrain from moving furniture without permission. If you'd like to, please just ask and check with us first and we can help. 

​

All rubbish must be removed and the space must be left as you came. If cleaning equipment is needed, just ask. 

​

No animals are permitted on the property without prior permission. If an animal is absolutely required for a booking, please discuss with us prior to booking. 

​

Children must be supervised at all times. The back of the property backs off into a seasonal creek which may have water in during Winter months. Please refrain from allowing children to pick flowers as some may cause skin irritation or can be toxic when consumed. 

​

Please treat our home and space with respect, we have worked hard to create it how it is and would love for it to stay that way. 

​

Cancellations/Postponing bookings:

30% of the booking fee is non-refundable, no matter the reason for cancellation or postponement.

Bookings cancelled or postponed within 1 week of the booking forfeit 50% of the booking fee.

Bookings cancelled or postponed within 72 hours of the booking, forfeit the entire amount of the booking fee. 

Refunds are at the discretion of the owner on a case by case basis.
